1. Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to all participants who meet the entry requirements on Instagram. The winner must be available in Dubai between  20 November and 30 December 2024 to redeem the prize.

2. How to Enter:

• Participants must:

1. Follow @StoryStrokeJewelry on Instagram.
2. Like the designated giveaway post.
3. Tag friends in the comments (all the tags from one profile will count as one entry). Multiple entries are not allowed.

3. Giveaway Period:

• The giveaway begins on November 1 2024 and ends on November 20, 2024. One winner will be chosen at random and announced on November 20, 2024.

4. Prize:

• One (1) winner will receive a 15-minute helicopter ride over Dubai, provided by Falcon Heli Tours. The ride will depart from Atlantis The Palm and include views of iconic landmarks, including the Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Beach, and The World Islands.
• Note: The prize is for one person only and does not include any additional expenses such as travel, accommodation, or personal costs.

5. Redemption and Scheduling:

• The winner must coordinate with Story Stroke Jewelry to schedule the helicopter ride.
• The ticket will be purchased directly by Story Stroke Jewelry. No cash equivalent or reimbursement option will be provided for self-purchase.
• The winner must communicate the exact date and time they will take the ride within one (1) week of being chosen. If no date is communicated within this timeframe, Story Stroke Jewelry reserves the right to select a new winner.

6. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

• The winner may cancel or reschedule their tour with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• If the winner cancels or reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled tour time, they will be responsible for paying the full tour price to Story Stroke FZE.
• The winner must adhere to all rules and guidelines set forth by Falcon Heli Tours (see Falcon Heli Tours FAQ for details).

7. Content Use Agreement:

• By participating, the winner agrees to allow Story Stroke Jewelry to use any content (e.g., photos, videos) created during the helicopter experience on its social media channels.
• The winner is required to create a post or Reel about their experience on their own social media and tag @StoryStrokeJewelry.

8. Personal Data:

• Participants' personal data will be used solely to administer this giveaway and arrange the prize. No personal data will be shared without consent.

9. Non-Transferable Prize:

• The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other prizes.

10. Disqualification and Liability:

• Story Stroke Jewelry reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules, including entries from spam or fake accounts.
• Story Stroke Jewelry is not liable for any issues or injuries arising from the helicopter experience.

11. Changes to Terms:

• Story Stroke Jewelry reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway or its terms without prior notice.

12. Jurisdiction:

• This giveaway is governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE.

• Employees of Story Stroke and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Prize:

• The prize is a tandem skydiving experience over Dubai Palm.
• The winner will not receive cash or any form of monetary reimbursement.
• Only the skydiving experience ticket will be provided by Story Stroke. Any additional costs, such as travel or accommodation, are not included.

4. Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be selected randomly.
• The winner will be announced on October 5th, 2024, via our Instagram page.
• The winner must confirm the date for skydiving within one week after the winner's announcement.

5. Claiming the Prize:

• The skydiving experience must be completed in October 2024.
• The winner must provide Story Stroke with the exact date and time they will participate.
• Failure to communicate the date within one week of winning will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner may be selected.

6. Content Usage:

• By entering the giveaway, participants grant Story Stroke the rights to use any content (photos, videos) captured during the skydiving experience for marketing and promotional purposes.

7. Liability:

• Story Stroke is not responsible for any incidents or injuries that may occur during the skydiving experience.

8. Personal Data:

• By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of this giveaway. Story Stroke will not share this data with third parties without the participant's consent.

9. Non-Transferable:

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted with another prize.

10. Void Where Prohibited:

• This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

11. Disqualification:

• Story Stroke reserves the right to disqualify entries that are deemed fraudulent, incomplete, or violate Instagram’s terms of service.

12. Medical Responsibility:

• The winner is responsible for ensuring they meet the necessary medical and physical requirements to safely participate in the skydiving experience. Story Stroke holds no liability for failure to meet these requirements.
